  • Partner directly with Coatings program managers and operations teams on program-level financial tracking, including hands-on EAC review and margin analysis.
  • Build and maintain Coatings-level reports and contribute to the Power BI dashboards and Power Query data pipelines used for management reporting, working hands-on with the underlying data rather than owning the enterprise reporting environment.
  • Support the ongoing IFS Cloud ERP transition by helping ensure Coatings reporting structures and data models map correctly to analytical and planning needs.
  • Prepare materials for Coatings segment business reviews and support the consolidated materials for board and investor reporting led by the FP&A Director.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with government contract accounting concepts including cost-plus and fixed-price contract structures, ASC 606, and backlog reporting.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to program-level financial reporting including EAC processes and program margin analysis.
  • Experience supporting or participating in an ERP implementation or migration.
