Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Revenue Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven experience in senior finance roles with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Superior communication skills to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance support for GTM departments, including planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Own the P&L process for GTM functions, managing resource allocation and operating expenses.
• Drive coordinated headcount and resource planning to align investments with growth targets.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate on commission analysis, managing accrual and payout reconciliations.
• Partner with corporate FP&A on long-range planning and cross-functional updates.
• Develop repeatable financial processes understood by all partners.
• Mentor a senior analyst to foster a high-performing team environment.
