- Documentation and continuous improvement round out your responsibilities, as you'll write detailed process walkthroughs to ensure continuity, partner with JLL's Business Services (JBS) team to shift maintenance work offshore, and champion AI and automation pilots that reshape how AMER FP&A operates.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with the versatility to answer rapid-fire Teams questions from finance partners and build boardroom-ready presentation materials within the same week.

- A hands-on track record with AI tools and process automation, particularly examples where you've built or piloted solutions others adopted, signals you're ready to help shape how AMER FP&A evolves its capabilities.
- Experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or similar client-facing business models provides valuable context for understanding the business dynamics driving the numbers.
