Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a high impact finance leader at Fluke Health Solutions. This role provides partnership to company leadership with growth potential for candidates interested in career advancement. As the Finance Manager supporting Global Operations and Manufacturing, you will partner with operations and manufacturing leadership to deliver against company goals and maintain our controls environment. You will apply your knowledge, communication skills, and analytical talent to set the financial path and deliver results. This role will report directly to the FHS Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with global operations and manufacturing leadership to deliver on financial goals.
  • Own the cost structure, standard costing, and operational P&L drivers across the manufacturing footprint.
  • Provide financial leadership on inventory management, cost of goods sold, and gross margin performance.
  • Drive visibility into manufacturing variances (purchase price, material usage, labor, and overhead) and partner with operations to close gaps.
  • Mentor FP&A talent to build an organization of high impact players with a pathway for continued career advancement.
  • Develop financial acumen in business partners to improve understanding of how operational decisions impact results.
  • Provide succinct and clear communication to leadership and business partners that generates insight and action.
  • Drive profitable growth by working alongside operations, supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams to solve problems and close gaps.
  • Support footprint optimization, productivity initiatives, and capital investment analysis.
  • Advance our controls environment by ensuring strong cost visibility throughout the organization as well as accountability to monthly, quarterly and full-year budgets.
  • Operate from a baseline of strong analytical and data-based logic in the development of forecasts, problem solving, and project delivery.
  • Maintain a growth mindset in personal development as well as team development.
  • Function as a strategic thought leader within global operations with a drive to innovate and a passion for execution.
  • Partner with the accounting team to ensure SOX and accounting policy compliance across the business, including inventory and cost accounting controls.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Dive in and roll up sleeves to assist global team as needed.
  • Lead various projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting. Masters preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in finance with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain experience.
  • 3+ years of Leadership experience with demonstrated career progression.
  • Manufacturing and/or operations finance experience required.
  • Standard costing and inventory accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in hardware service environments a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS or ARR business models a plus.
  • Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office required. Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, BI, or related visualization applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively work in a multi-location, global organization and adapt to local cultures.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 99,600.00 - 166,300.00
