About the job Job Title: Senior Finance Manager & Assistant Treasurer Department: Finance Summary of Position The Senior Finance Manager & Assistant Treasurer reports to the Head of Finance, Commercial Midstream & Treasurer and will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the organization by managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, a deep understanding of the energy sector, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data to support decision-making. This role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize financial processes, and contribute to the organization’s long-term growth strategy. Primary Job Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the company’s annual financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Manage the organization’s reserve-based loan and commodity hedging programs to optimize financial stability and mitigate risk. • Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and support strategic decision-making. • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and capital development initiatives. • Oversee the renewal and compliance of the company’s insurance policies and surety bond programs. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including growth opportunities, capital investments, and operational efficiencies. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. • 7+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years in exploration & production, preferably with corporate industry experience. • Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems and advanced Excel. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Travel & Additional Requirements: • Work Location: Work is performed at both field and office locations. • Schedule: 9/80 • Travel may be required to INEOS field locations. Relocation: Preferential treatment will be granted to candidates residing in the Denver metropolitan area. Compensation & Benefits Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Compensation: The annual rate for this position generally ranges between $165,000- $210,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, of up to 30% of eligible pay. This role, depending on skill level and experience, may also participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan with annual awards, vesting over three years, ranging from 8-15% of stated annual target. These ranges are estimates, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, business performance to metrics, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
