What you'll DoKey Responsibilities: ATS Finance Leadership- Serve as a trusted advisor to ATS leadership, delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
- Lead end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the ATS organization
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes in partnership with the India FP&A team, including variance analysis, risk and opportunity identification, and headcount reporting
- Drive the annual operating plan (AOP), including scenario modeling, investment prioritization, and cross-functional alignment
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling executive-level presentations and financial narratives that influence senior collaborators
Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Software & AI Strategy- Take ownership of and develop reporting for Adobe's enterprise software portfolio, covering spend management, usage trends, vendor concentration, and risk insights
- Lead financial oversight of strategic AI tools and platforms (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude), tracking adoption, cost efficiency, and value realization
- Strengthen the operating model across Finance, ATS, and Procurement for new software agreements, renewals, and commercial negotiations
- Evaluate and recommend efficient cost allocation models (e.g., centralization vs. chargeback) to improve transparency, accountability, and scalability
What you need to succeed- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude that aims to address challenges constructively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize various tasks effectively.
- Nice to have: CPA, MBA, and experience with Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $234,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
