We are looking for a talented Senior Field Sales Account Executive to join our team in Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV): Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies in NC, SC or GA.

This role is an employee of the Eaton Cummins Joint Venture: Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies.

Job Summary:

This role is an employee of the Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV): Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies. Internal candidates are defined as employees of the ECJV.

Additional responsibilities:

Manage territory to achieve ECJV business objectives. Establish positive customer relationships to ensure profitable market share of ECJV products. Provide product support, sales support, service support and applications training to ECJV customers to maintain and grow spec market through pull through marketing.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • Build strong customer relationships: Develop trust and credibility with customers to grow profitable market share, resolve product concerns quickly, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with ECJV products.
  • Execute territory and sales strategy: Manage the territory to meet ECJV business objectives by implementing action plans, evaluating incentives, managing expenses, and ensuring reliable CIS performance.
  • Deliver technical and product expertise: Provide product support, service guidance, and applications training to customers while effectively introducing new products and supporting pull-through marketing.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively: Work closely with internal teams and customer personnel to align on goals, share insights, and maintain consistent support that drives market growth.


Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Required: College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales or a related subject, or acceptable sales related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

Essential duties include:
  • Implement action plans to reach market share goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Resolve customer product complains in a timely fashion
  • Evaluate incentive requirements
  • Effectively manage the introduction of new products
  • Train customer personnel on ECJV products
  • Manage customer support policy to meet region guidelines
  • Manage territory expense budget as established by region manager
  • Assure reliability of CIS

Ideal candidate to have knowledge of trucking industry, negotiation skills, and will be located within in the region this role supports: Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

75% travel required.

The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
