Senior Facilities Manager - Omnicom Account Location: Dallas, TX About the Role As the Senior Facilities Manager for our prestigious Work Dynamics client, you will spearhead operational excellence and service delivery across a regional portfolio. This pivotal leadership position serves as the principal operational lead responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management (FM) services, ensuring business continuity, operational excellence, financial performance, and leading the operating model across the region. This senior leadership role is accountable for building and developing high-performing FM teams, maintaining trusted relationships with client stakeholders, and ensuring that local teams take ownership of their sites. The role also includes promoting diversity and inclusion, supporting ESG objectives, and driving a proactive health and safety culture. You will orchestrate and harmonize all subject matter expert (SME) functions to ensure exceptional service quality, consistency, and innovation across locations while driving continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operational Leadership - Lead the FM strategy, ensuring resilience, consistency, and continuity of operations. - Provide strategic oversight for corporate locations with combined operational budgets exceeding £10m+ annually - Lead organizational development initiatives for integrated facilities and hospitality teams (50+ professionals) - Drive standardization of service delivery excellence across multiple sites while maintaining local customization - Champion digital transformation and workplace innovation initiatives across the portfolio - Align operational delivery with global objectives while addressing regional nuances and challenges. - Anticipate industry trends and client needs to proactively enhance service offerings and operational approaches - Serve as the primary operational interface between the client's senior leadership and our global delivery teams - Identify opportunities for service enhancement, cost optimization, and process improvement across the account Portfolio Excellence Leadership - Drive strategic direction and operational excellence across key account support functions: HSSE, Quality & Compliance, Performance Management, Communications, Sustainability, and Nuvolo - Drive P&L management for £10m+ annual operations with accountability for profitability and growth targets - Champion enterprise-wide workplace transformation initiatives supporting global corporate strategy - Develop and execute regional business development strategies that expand service offerings and market presence HSSE & Quality Management - Champion a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement across all regions - Drive overall HSSE agenda and accountability - Comply with the JLL global standards and procedures - Cooperate in HSSE matters, including the assessment of risks and any control measures identified. - Not interfere with, disable, or misuse anything provided in the interest of HSSE, security, fire, food hygiene, or first aid. - Report accidents, incidents, near misses, faults, and deficiencies to their manager - Seek advice if in doubt about the adequacy of any HSSE arrangements - Complete HSSE training as directed Performance & Systems Management - Oversee Nuvolo optimization to enhance work order management and operational transparency - Lead reliability initiatives to improve critical systems performance and reduce operational risks - Support data analytics programs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement - Implement performance dashboards providing comprehensive visibility of service delivery across all regions Financial Management & Governance - Work with the Finance Team to own, develop and monitor the annual operating site budgets including utilities, maintenance, cleaning, security and all other operational costs - Work with suppliers to own, develop and deliver the annual site budgets with best practice FM operational support facilitate the works to ensure budget compliance - Work with suppliers to understand the need for immediate operational costs with longer-term asset preservation by making strategic decisions about preventive maintenance spending to avoid costly emergency repairs vs to approach for new installations - Work with the Finance Team to own and raise annual supplier purchase orders in the client's system to ensure the budgeted costs can be invoiced against by suppliers - Work with the Finance Team to own and ensure site accruals have been identified for any non-invoiced supplier expenditure each month - Ownership for tracking and monitoring of site expenditure vs Budget and vs Forecast and identify any variances - Work with the Finance Team to own and understand your site's Profit & Loss account to identify risks or opportunities around cost management - Reports to be owned and maintained by FM to include Savings Tracker, monthly Actual Variance reporting and monthly outlook forecast reporting Sustainability & Communications - Oversee implementation of sustainability initiatives across assigned portfolio of facilities, ensuring consistent execution of regional strategies - Manage sustainability budgets and ROI analysis for energy efficiency projects, renewable energy systems, and waste reduction programs - Coordinate with engineering teams on building system optimization to reduce environmental impact while maintaining operational efficiency - Lead sustainability training programs for facilities staff and building occupants, promoting awareness and behavioural change - Develop and maintain relationships with utility providers, sustainability consultants, and green technology vendors - Conduct regular sustainability audits and assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings the organization in regional sustainability councils and industry forums People & Team Leadership - Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, mentoring, and structured development programs - Implement performance management frameworks that drive 20%+ improvement in key metrics - Lead change management initiatives supporting corporate restructuring and growth strategies - Act as the escalation point for complex service delivery challenges, ensuring swift and effective resolution Suppliers - Maintain, review and oversee vendor relationships & performance - Work with the suppliers to leverage relationships to ensure the client's FM spend related Accounts Payable KPIs (Open POs, GRNV and UMLV) are maintained by chasing invoices or supplier statements where necessary - Work with the Procurement Team to competitively bid and prepare all service contracts to assure high quality and cost-effective services - Work with the Procurement Team on the Regional vendor rationalisation programme - Identify, implement and record all operational cost savings initiatives to ensure meeting the client's glidepath savings KPIs Qualifications & Experience Professional Background - Progressive experience in corporate real estate services management, with demonstrable expertise in Facilities Management - Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-regional service delivery operations with budgetary responsibility exceeding £10M annually - Experience leading diverse functional teams including HSSE, Quality & Compliance, Performance Management, and Sustainability - Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, and strategic sourcing - Strong financial acumen with comprehensive experience in budget development, financial forecasting, and cost optimization programs Leadership & Management -
