About This Role

The Facilities Senior Electrician is responsible for overseeing and performing advanced electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work across the organization's facilities. This position ensures compliance with safety standards, leads electrical projects, mentors junior electricians, and supports critical operations to maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of building systems, lighting, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Work Environment
  • 100% onsite role; may involve climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to electrical hazards and mechanical systems; PPE required.
  • Ability to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends, as needed
Pay Range
  • Hourly Salary range: $35.00 - $48.00/hour
  • This role is on-sitein El Segundo, CA
  • Leveling and hourly salary is determined by job-related skills, education level, experience level, and job performance
