Full Job Description

SUMMARY: The Senior Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for senior-level executive positions, including Vice Presidents and above, within the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing and attracting top executive talent, and ensuring seamless and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive recruitment, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of successfully placing senior executives in high-impact roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and define executive role requirements.

Candidate Sourcing, Attraction, and Talent Mapping:

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry contacts, to identify potential candidates.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified executive candidates.

  • Develop and implement talent mapping strategies and plans using LinkedIn Talent Insights, direct networking, referral leads, and other sourcing strategies for current and future talent needs.

  • Maintain relationships with external top talent at competitors and other targeted companies for current and future talent needs via networking and relationship building internally and externally.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Lead the interview process, including initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and reference checks.

Stakeholder Management and Influencing Skills:

  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders. Act as a strategic partner to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations regarding executive recruitment.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate feedback.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for recruitment initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment where stakeholders feel engaged and invested in the recruitment process.

  • Influencing and Negotiation: Utilize strong influencing skills to advocate for the best candidates and align stakeholders on hiring decisions. Negotiate offers and compensation packages with candidates, balancing organizational constraints with candidate expectations.

  • Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and market trends. Offer guidance on best practices for interviewing, assessing, and selecting executive candidates.

  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or disagreements that may arise during the recruitment process, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved. Mediate discussions between stakeholders to reach consensus on candidate selection and hiring decisions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):


United States of America - $113,000.00 - $225,000.00


The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
