The Role

We are searching for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support our two executives over our technical teams: Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer, who oversee engineering, product, design, security, support. A Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support, managing the executive's schedule, travel, and communications, while also acting as a liaison between the executive and other teams. Location: We are looking to hire this position hybrid in Seattle, with 2-3 days/week in the office.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Calendar Management: Manage daily calendars and executive travel across multiple Global time zones - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner


  • Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and tracking action items


  • Operational Support: Communicate directly and on behalf of the engineering, product, security, technical support teams both internally and externally (VIP stakeholders including customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications)


  • Events: Work with C-level leaders and tenured teams on business rhythms and events


  • Project Management: Execute special projects and project manage events, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates


  • Operational Support: Anticipating the leaders' needs, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement.


  • Triage: Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EAs and executive staff


  • Data Management: Maintaining records and files, including confidential information, and managing CRM data


  • Expense Management: Processing and reconciling expenses accurately


  • Conflict resolution: Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through


  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers

$125,000 - $140,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000.00-$140,000.00. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
