We're looking for a strategic and high-performing sales leader to drive event revenue across the
Corsair Creative venue portfolio. If you thrive on closing complex deals, coaching sales talent,
and building strong business development channels, this role offers the opportunity to lead from
the front.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Event Sales Manager, you'll lead a venue-aligned sales team while personally
owning the highest-value opportunities across the Corsair Creative portfolio. You will serve as
the senior deal strategist, ensuring complex opportunities progress efficiently from discovery
through contract while supporting Event Sales Managers in achieving consistent performance.
This role blends individual sales leadership, business development strategy, and team
coaching. You'll partner closely with the Director of Sales and Sales Support to maintain strong
pipeline discipline, clean CRM execution, and seamless handoffs to Operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your Core Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Deal Ownership
• Lead discovery, proposal strategy, pricing, and negotiations for complex or high-value
opportunities
• Own progression of top deals and remove obstacles to close
• Ensure correct venue matching and smart cross-selling across the venue portfolio
• Support Event Sales Managers with strategy on high-value or complex opportunities
Business Development Leadership
• Execute consistent outbound and rebooking strategies to grow pipeline
• Build and maintain a strategic network of referral partners and corporate relationships
• Lead targeted networking and partnership development with disciplined follow-up
• Identify and cultivate repeat and high-value client opportunities
Coaching & Team Leadership
• Coach and develop assigned Event Sales Managers in conjunction with the Director of Sales
• Provide deal strategy guidance, messaging support, and sales quality control
• Use weekly KPI scorecards to drive accountability and performance development
• Help build consistent pipeline discipline and closing habits across the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven track record in event sales, hospitality sales, or complex B2B sales environments
• Strong negotiation and deal strategy skills with the ability to close high-value opportunities
• Experience leading or coaching sales professionals toward consistent performance
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities and team pipelines
• Experience with CRM or event management platforms (Tripleseat experience a plus)
• Strong relationship-building instincts and networking confidence
• Collaborative mindset with strong accountability for team and venue performance
