Job DescriptionThe Special Events Senior Consultant plans, manages, and implements all aspects of in-house meetings, conferences, and events assigned by senior management and leadership in a manner that is consistent with Allstate Canada overall corporate objectives and procedures. This role & responsibilities could include leading a meeting support/conference planning team to produce desired results, maintaining accurate and complete budget reports, reconciliation, post event follow up, reviewing, and analyzing the outcome to determine effectiveness for each event.

Role Designation: Hybrid with a requirement to attend our Toronto office based on business need
Key Responsibilities:- Research, recommend, and develop new technologies to enhance the conference planning/meeting support process; include reservation applications and communication technology
- Assist with project management activities on capital conference space renovations
- Responsible for the documentation of processes and procedures for special events and high-profile meetings
- Assist in the creation of all SLA's and KPI's and ensure they are met
- Assists with budget preparation, management, and reconciliation; review billing for accuracy
- Works with internal and external clients to plan and coordinate events/meeting logistics
- Review internal processes and recommend strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiencies.
Education:- 4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience:- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities:- This job does not have supervisory duties.

SkillsCompensationExpected compensation for this role ranges from 71,000.00 - 90,000.00 CAD annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
