Your Impact Starts HereGraham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project controls, construction coordination, stakeholder engagement, utility coordination, reporting, and quality management throughout the pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of medium to large scale infrastructure projects.
Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site- Support project controls: Reviewing and updating project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and productivity metrics while monitoring the effective allocation of labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
- Coordinate construction activities: Tracking progress against project schedules, identifying critical path activities, and ensuring alignment between field operations, utility stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Manage project costs: Monitoring labour, equipment, material, subcontractor, and utility relocation costs, while supporting forecasting, cost reporting, and accrual reviews with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate utility and stakeholder activities: By supporting utility locates, relocation planning, corridor access requirements, permits, and coordination with municipalities, clients, consultants, and third-party stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: Documenting meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, drawings, revisions, contract correspondence, site instructions, and change orders.
- Lead safety, quality, and reporting processes: Supporting the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP), ensuring compliance with the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP), monitoring project KPIs, managing NCRs, and providing regular progress reporting to project stakeholders.
The Right Tools for the Job- Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent infrastructure construction experience will also be considered.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, Bluebeam, and project management software. Experience working with drawings, utility locates, quantity tracking, cost controls, and contract administration in complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure environments. Proficiency in InEight software is required.
- Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience supporting infrastructure, heavy civil, transportation, utility, or municipal projects.
