Job Summary

Seeking a Senior EUC Desktop Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design implement and support desktop engineering solutions within the Desktop engineering WVD family.

Job Description
  • Design develop and maintain end user computing EUC desktop engineering solutions.
  • Implement and optimize Windows Virtual Desktop WVD environments to improve remote desktop experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate desktop solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex desktop environment issues and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Ensure security compliance and adherence to best practices in desktop engineering setups.
  • Participate in capacity planning performance tuning and system upgrades related to desktop environments.
  • Document system configurations processes and procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment configuration and management of EUC desktop solutions.
  • Manage and support WVD infrastructure including user profile management and session host configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
