Qualifications Must-have: • 5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) - this is essential. • Proven ability to gather, interpret and document complex business requirements and convert them into use cases. • Fluency in both Agile/Lean and Waterfall methodologies - you know when to use which. • Strong communication skills - you can present to executives, write clear documentation, and facilitate workshops with ease. • A knack for problem-solving and influencing outcomes without direct authority. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Nice to have: • Experience managing projects and deliverables end-to-end. • Experience working with developers and customizations within the ERP system. • Background in manufacturing operations - you understand the shop floor as well as the back office. • Familiarity with VAR partner relationships and ERP integration projects.
