Client is seeking an experienced
Senior ERP Analyst/Developer - HRMS / Payroll Suite to support the analysis, design, development, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Payroll solutions.
The selected consultant will serve as a senior technical and functional resource responsible for supporting critical HRMS and Payroll modules including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Position Management, Compensation, and related workforce management functions. This role requires extensive experience within enterprise ERP environments, preferably supporting Government or Public Sector organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced ERP development expertise, deep knowledge of HRMS and Payroll business processes, strong analytical capabilities, and extensive experience utilizing PeopleSoft technologies including PeopleTools, SQR/SQL, Application Engine, PeopleCode, COBOL, Application Messaging, Workflow, and Workday integrations with third-party systems.
The City's ERP environment includes integrations with
DocuSign, Equifax, Microsoft Teams, Voya, Ameriflex, JobAps, and other ancillary systems supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Employee Services functions.
Experience• 7+ years of ERP Analysis and Development experience.
• Extensive experience supporting HRMS and Payroll Suite modules.

• Experience developing and supporting ERP integrations and interfaces.
• Experience performing ERP testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex HRMS and Payroll application issues.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations with external applications.
• Government or Public Sector ERP experience preferred.
