Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to serve as a primary point of contact for the DC3 TABO CODE directorate.
This role will provide overall leadership and oversight of contractor personnel and activities supporting the program. This position will serve as a key liaison between Government and Contractor teams while ensuring requirements, deliverables, performance, and resources are effectively managed.
The Senior Enterprise Architect will also support Government financial and business processes and will be expected to make timely decisions on behalf of the Contractor while proactively identifying potential contractual, programmatic, staffing, and resource issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel and program activities.
- Serve as a primary liaison between Government and Contractor teams.
- Facilitate effective communication across technical, program, and Government stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain processes for tracking requirements, activities, and deliverables.
- Apply industry best practices and proven methodologies to support continuous performance monitoring.
- Ensure contractor activities and deliverables satisfy PWS requirements.
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of contractor performance.
- Support applicable Government financial and business processes.
- Make decisions on behalf of the Contractor in response to Government issues, concerns, and requirements.
- Proactively identify and communicate contractual, programmatic, staffing, and resource risks.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
- PMP certification.
- At least 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and implementing enterprise-level architecture within complex defense environments.
- Experience applying established enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as DoDAF, TOGAF, or comparable frameworks, to develop and maintain enterprise architecture products and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies that align technology investments and capabilities with organizational mission requirements and strategic objectives.
- Experience translating mission and business requirements into enterprise-level technical architectures and solutions, including evaluating technologies based on mission requirements, cost, risk, security, interoperability, and long-term sustainability.
- Experience designing or evaluating cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions, including the integration of Zero Trust and other security principles into enterprise architecture.
- Experience establishing and maintaining architecture standards, technical governance processes, and integration strategies across complex enterprise environments, including systems, applications, APIs, data exchanges, and infrastructure.
- Experience conducting architecture assessments, gap analyses, technical reviews, and modernization assessments and developing actionable recommendations to address technical debt, capability gaps, interoperability challenges, and emerging technology requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to brief and advise senior Government and technical leadership, including CIO/CISO-level stakeholders, on enterprise architecture strategies, modernization initiatives, technology risks, and recommended courses of action. Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary Disclosure:Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
