Job Title & Specialty Area: Senior Enterprise Application Analyst (Infor Supply Chain Management)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our IT team. This role requires a strong blend of functional Supply Chain knowledge along with technical expertise within the Infor FSM CloudSuite environment.

This position will support end-to-end SCM systems, including Contract Management, Sourcing and Purchasing, Item Master, Supply Requisition, Warehouse, and other SCM modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, supporting, and optimizing SCM systems while partnering closely with Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support Infor FSM modules, including Supply Requisition, Contract Management, Warehouse, Purchase Order, Item Master, EDI, Process Server Administrator and Job Console
  • Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across Supply Chain applications. Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to gather business requirements, translate, and develop them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain functional and technical documentation. Lead and participate in system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support data migration, integration, and system enhancements across SCM systems.
  • Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. Stay current with Infor Cloud Suite updates, features, and best practices. Ensure systems adhere to data security, compliance, and privacy standards. Support cross-functional initiatives impacting Accounts Payables, Warehouse, Contracts Management, Supply Requisition, and Item Master.
  • Partner with IT teams on system integrations, architecture, and performance optimization. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Infor FSM technology.

      • Procurement / Purchasing

      • Contract Management
  • Proficiency with Infor CloudSuite tools and OS Platform components, including:
      • Infor Process Designer (IPD)
      • Process Server Administration
      • Job Console
      • Configuration Console (LPL coding)
      • Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD)
      • File Creation Utility (FCU)
      • UI Access Policy (security configuration and role-based access control)
      • Infor Data Lake
      • Replication Sets
      • API integrations and calls
      • Web Services (REST/SOAP)
      • Business class configuration, list views, and personalization
  • Strong knowledge of Infor SCM functional and technical configuration across FSM modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an IT environment. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

EDUCATION

  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Enterprise App Analysts supporting software must demonstrate competency in software used in their role. All training, testing and certification applicable to the role must be successfully completed and passed within 90 days of employment. Continuing education requirements must be completed and maintained for applications applicable to the role. Required
