Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and professional services positions with 35-40 requisitions
  • Collaborate with HR, Hiring Managers, and Management to identify staffing needs
  • Source candidates using ATS, social media, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships within industry networks for talent pipeline development
  • Conduct intake calls with Hiring Managers to clarify job details and salary
  • Review candidate resumes for qualifications and suitability
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and collect feedback to maintain ATS records
  • Review offer terms with Hiring Managers and assist in drafting necessary documents
  • Audit candidate dispositions within ATS for recruitment cycle accuracy

Overview

This opportunity is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment of engineering and comparable professional services positions, simultaneously managing approximately 35-40 requisitions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead, Human Resources (HR) Team, Hiring Managers, and Carollo Management Group to identify resource needs.
  • Source candidates through applicant tracking system (ATS), creative social media tools, networking, referrals, and other talent identification networks.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and networks to continuously build and expand talent pipelines, including professional organizations, etc. and maintain connection via phone, email, MS Teams, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct intake calls with Hiring Managers to create new requisitions, confirming details of job descriptions and salary ranges, obtaining appropriate approvals, and posting approved positions on Carollo's Careers page and any approved external job posting source.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of candidate resumes, evaluating qualifications, skills, and experiences to identify qualified candidates for submission to Hiring Managers.
  • Conduct pre-screens with qualified candidates upon hiring manager request.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinator to assist in scheduling interviews, including following up with hiring managers to obtain interview notes and candidate feedback to document in ATS.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to review Terms of Offer details for accuracy and alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinator to draft offer letters, repayment agreements, and teleworker agreements, when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Lead for approval of new role-based titles and/or any terms that are not standard.
  • When necessary, coordinate with appropriate HR Team members for candidates requiring sponsorship and immigration assistance.
  • Audit filled positions within applicant tracking system to ensure that each candidate receives an appropriate disposition code for each job posting at the end of the recruitment cycle and that each candidate has been moved to the appropriate hiring stage.
  • Track offers that have been extended.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
  • Support other members of the Recruiting Team as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work as a team and individually
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Strong client service orientation and technically savvy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel throughout the year


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and iCIMS
• Experience with recruiting for professional services firms, including the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry ideally for West Coast opportunities
