Data Remediation Analysts / Engineers
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts for report generation.
• Work with relational databases, with a preference for experience in Postgres.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data privacy and security by implementing proper data segmentation and access controls.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and data pipelines for performance and accuracy.
• Leverage ServiceNow for reporting purposes, including creating and customizing reports as needed.
• Participate in ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Document reporting processes, data models, and workflows for future reference.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in report generation and data analysis.
• Service Now CMDB Experience is recommended
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their data services is a plus
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Postgres is a plus).
• Knowledge of data modeling, data privacy, and data segmentation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for developing dashboards and visualizations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly in the context of reporting, is a plus.
• Understanding of ETL processes and tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex d ata challenges.Education
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field; masters degree preferred

Salary Range: $90000 - $100000 a year
