Performance Engineer Retail Media Platforms (RMN)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 3+ years of Performance Engineering experience.
• 2+ years with observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana).
• 2+ years working in AWS or GCP, including EKS and/or GKE.
• 1+ year using load testing tools (k6, Locust, JMeter) in distributed or containerized environments.
• 1+ year building and running performance test environments in AWS.
• 1+ year analyzing logs, metrics, and traces to identify performance issues.
• Hands on experience with Linux performance diagnostics (CPU, memory, disk, network).
Roles & Responsibilities
• Proven experience standing up performance engineering capabilities from scratch.
• Experience testing cross cloud latency and connectivity.
• Experience using Terraform to tune infrastructure during performance tests.
• Experience evaluating data and AI/ML workload performance (BigQuery, Vertex AI, or similar).
• Scripting or automation skills (Python, Go, Bash).
• Bonus: Experience in Retail Media, AdTech, or high concurrency platforms where performance impacts revenue.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Education
Bachelors Degree in computer science or IT related field
Salary Range: $100000 - $130000 a year
