What you'll be doing...

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders and understand the requirements at techno-functional level. Convert Business requirements to Functional requirements, Functional to System requirements. Participate in Business meetings to understand the problem and content to provide design solutions. Create requirement traceability matrix to link back the test requirements to Business requirements. Design and define metrics, attributes and filters for each requirement. Develop and support Wireless Revenue and Cost assurance application for all the Vendor partners and automate the fallouts and correction process as applicable. Attend daily/weekly/monthly project impacting calls and other status calls to understand and transform them into requirements /user stories and develop the same. Detect and resolve issues in a proactive manner before they can impact the platform and/or customer. Build data flows and ER diagrams of all components to identify manual interruptions and develop automation using standard open sources and DevOps model. Involved in cloud migration project between Azure, GCP, SNOWFLAKE etc. Perform data analysis, gap analysis and risk analysis between existing systems/applications and document the analysis. Mentor on creation of control scripts using different technologies for data export and import. Perform data quality issue analysis using cloud SQL by building analytical warehouse on snowflake. Hands on Split the Oracle query into multiple batches, extract from oracle using CLI control scripts. Building of reconciliation on diff business stakeholders to ensure revenue assurance and cost assurance to company financial stats. Involved on 2-way and 3-way reconciliation to make sure from Order to Billing. Troubleshoot the issues raised on current and legacy systems and update the design accordingly as part of fixing them. Work extensively on performance tuning for the smooth running of in-house applications and introduce or work with innovative technologies as per current system upgrades. Create pseudo logic based on system requirements to provide guidance for development. Provide ad-hoc data extracts as and when requested by Business users as part of BI analytics. Carry out post-deployment validations to ensure successful deployment. Analyze current production setup by querying production tables using SQL. Prepare detailed business flow diagrams to present business process effectively for business, developers and QA using MS Visio Validate ETL mapping Documents for every mapping and Data Migration document for smooth transfer of project from development to testing environment and then to production environment.

What we're looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Sr Engineer Application Development, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include: 4 years with Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, Kibana, ELK, Informatica, Erwin, Denodo, Databases and Cassandra, Vertica, Oracle, Teradata, DB2, MySQL, Scripting and Shell, Perl, Python, SQL Stored Procedures, Jira, Jenkins, DevOps and project support/management; 2 years of experience with Cloud GCP and Azure; and 1 year of experience in Artificial Intelligence and General AI, Machine Learning and NLP. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
