Job Summary

Coordinate the resources and information- of each department and complete the business plan in quotation stage of new programs (phase 0 and phase 1). Organize to review and update the business plan until the project is obtained. Provide business cost analysis to support other departments of the company. Teach new employees, summarize the lessons learnt, optimize the process of this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • In the quotation stage of new programs, fully communicate with the Department of Development and Strategy, Business Unit, Product Business Unit, Purchasing.
  • Formulate reasonable quotation assumptions and timely complete the business plan.
  • The business plan includes but is not limited to key business assumptions, product target cost schedule, capital investment budget, target labor time, BBP objectives, R & D cost prediction, opportunity and risk identification, investment return analysis, cost variance analysis, etc.
  • Organize the internal review of the business plan, continuously optimize the business plan, and obtain the corresponding approval in time.
  • Track and update the business plan until the program is obtained.
  • Complete the work of annual rate development.
  • Teach new employees, summarize the lessons learnt, optimize the process of this position.
  • Undertake the management responsibility of company's relevant BOS documents and
  • TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO 14000 standards, to ensure the effective operation of BOS documents, and constantly improve the relevant procedures and applications in BOS documents.
  • Demonstrate alignment with the Company's values, culture, and leadership behaviors.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information and comply with company information security policies.
  • Conduct all business activities in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, and ethical standards.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in cost analysis, cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Experience analyzing product costs, manufacturing costs, budgets, and financial data to support business decision-making preferred.
