The Senior Engineer Automation Quality will play a key role in developing robust and scalable test automation frameworks and supporting automation initiatives for highly complex projects. This role will design and maintain automated testing solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the software development lifecycle, mentor test and quality automation engineers, and contribute to automation best practices, CI/CD integration, training, and innovation efforts.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts and frameworks independently, including complex automated test scripts.
  • Lead the execution of automated test cases and interpret results to identify issues.
  • Identify, document, and manage software defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Assist with building automation strategies and establishing automation best practices.
  • Assist with integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Mentor lower-level test and quality automation engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Stay current with trends and technologies in test automation and implement improvements, including participating in innovation efforts such as AI.
  • Assist with documenting training materials and provide training on automation tools and frameworks.
  • Perform manual testing when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Base Salary Range

$87,400.00 - $123,400.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
