About the team and the role

eBay is re-imaginging the future of e-commerce - building a trusted marketplace. The Authenticity Guarantee proposition is a core component of this vision, ensuring buyers and sellers can shop with confidence. With innovative and exciting initiatives, the Authentication Operations team is a fast-paced and passion-filled team to be a part of. This team has successfully launched watches, handbags, sneakers, trading cards, and apparel authentication in the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, and Japan in a few quick years.

We are now expanding the reach of our world-class authentication infrastructure. You will join the team to program manage critical initiatives end-to-end across multiple workstreams. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will lead the initiatives to success through strong and agile program management with a diverse set of partners across regions.

What you will accomplish

As the End to End Program Manager, you will be at the center of a complex, cross-functional initiative that spans product, engineering, operations, policy, legal, customer experience, and go-to-market execution. You will:
  • Lead end-to-end program orchestration across both technical and non-technical workstreams. Being the connective tissue across partners, integrating product, engineering, operations, policy, legal, and go-to-market workstreams into a single execution framework.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity, drive planning and execution across multiple teams, and establish coordinated delivery plans with strong alignment, accountability, and momentum.
  • Drive program governance, including achievements, dependencies, status reporting, decision logs, and clear escalation paths to keep cross-functional teams aligned and unblocked.
What you will bring
  • Technically fluent and experience in technical PMO roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional partners without formal authority.
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, pragmatic and judgment to know when to dive deep, when to escalate and when to drive alignment through influence to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience managing external parties as a primary point of contact.
  • High degree of agility and comfort with changing or evolving strategic directions.
  • Experience with project management tools to maintain rigorous schedule, identify critical path.
  • Experience and ease using AI to drive program management deliverables more efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate across global time zones, with flexibility in working hours to support key meetings and workshops.
  • Travel to eBay and partner offices and AG operational centers as needed.
  • Prior experience in authentication or logistics/operations is a plus.


Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$103,600 - $177,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
