Full Job Description

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Employment Counsel to join our Legal team. In this role, you will provide practical, business-focused legal advice across a wide range of employment matters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to help manage risk, support compliance, and enable the business to scale effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Advise on a broad range of domestic and international employment and labor law matters, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, wage and hour, investigations, and terminations

  • Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements, policies, and templates to ensure compliance and consistency

  • Manage and advise on internal investigations, employment-related claims, demand letters, audits, and administrative complaints

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate and implement employment practices, policies, and processes

  • Manage employment litigation matters in collaboration with internal and external counsel and support global employment and immigration initiatives

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active Colorado bar license required

  • 4+ years of experience practicing U.S. employment law at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house

  • In-house experience strongly preferred

  • Broad-based employment law expertise across key areas such as employee relations, compliance, and investigations

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for business stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

If you are hired in Denver, CO the compensation range for this position is between $141,500 and $172,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
