Lead Advanced Hardware Design - Join PRC-Saltillo as a Senior Electronic Hardware Design Engineer!

In this role, you'll take ownership of sophisticated digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs, guide technical decision-making, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, compliant products from concept through production. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and document complex digital, analog, and mixed signal electronic circuits.
  • Lead technical design efforts to ensure product specifications are feasible and met.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to determine optimal technical solutions aligned with product requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and system level issues.
  • Establish and maintain methods, procedures, and testing approaches to ensure compliance with emission, susceptibility, isolation, ESD, and EMI standards.
  • Ensure hardware designs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, EU, EMI, and ESD standards.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Seven or more years of experience designing microprocessor-based products that comply with ESD, EMI, and other regulatory and safety requirements required.
  • Five or more years of experience in analog design, including audio and power circuits required.

  • Deep understanding of digital, analog, and mixed signal electronics.
  • Strong experience with microprocessor-based system design.
  • Ability to develop and troubleshoot firmware.
  • Proven experience designing regulatory compliant hardware.
