We are looking for an exceptional engineer with 8-12 years of experience who serves as a technical leader on complex, multidisciplinary projects. You have a deep and broad base of practical knowledge and can independently drive projects from concept through delivery. You are comfortable leading electrical engineering efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and communicate results. The primary responsibilities will be serving as the lead electrical engineer on projects: owning architecture decisions, guiding the design of board-level solutions for embedded systems (including cabling, EMC, and process-driven documentation), and managing associate-level electrical engineers.
