Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM (Supply Chain Management) and CRM (Customer Engagement) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define solution strategies, ensure architectural integrity, and drive successful end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and development of integrated D365 ERP, SCM and CRM solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that align with Microsoft best practices.
• Design integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems using Azure services, Power Platform, and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Own the solution blueprint and oversee governance and compliance with architectural standards.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demos, RFP responses, and technical scoping.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates, licensing changes, and industry trends.
• Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Support change management, testing, deployment, and training efforts as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, including at least 5+ years specializing in Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM and CRM (Customer Engagement).
• Proven experience leading at least 10 full-cycle D365 implementations.
• Strong understanding of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Expertise in Azure integration services, Dataverse, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and DevOps tools.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert, Functional Consultant Associate) required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead and execute a full project methodology through every phase
• Ability to advise customers on leading practices and business processes from a level of expertise and experience that customers will understand and adopt

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail, government, non-profit, professional services, public sector, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI and how to incorporate it into D365
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and security best practices.
