We are currently seeking resumes from qualified, responsible, self-sufficient, energetic Senior Drainage CADD Designers for our Phoenix, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will be motivated to develop and build their personal knowledge and skills to assist with the growth and success of the office. Job Description:

Assisting senior design personnel in developing and completing designs and contract documents for the AZ Drainage Group within the company's Transportation Practice. Assist in the design and plan production of drainage infrastructure for freeway, highway, and municipal roadway projects under the guidance of a senior engineer. Preparation and checking of project plans and digital project deliverables.

Self-motivated, technically proficient, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and is team-oriented.

Job Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of civil experience or related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Must have solid skills in the following areas: planning and scheduling, organization, problem solving, and decision making in relation to position duties.
  • Experience in Hydrology and Hydraulics is a plus.
  • Project Wise experience is a plus.
