About the role

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be the backbone of our connectivity, ensuring our data center, office, and cloud networks are optimized, secure, and resilient. Your work directly impacts how our global partners serve millions of guests every day, making a tangible difference in the hospitality industry. What you'll do as a Senior Network Engineer
  • Architect & Secure: Design, configure, and maintain robust firewall environments using Palo Alto and Fortinet to ensure ironclad network security.
  • Optimize Infrastructure: Lead the configuration and optimization of switching environments across Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki hardware to support high-performance operations.
  • Manage Cloud Ecosystems: Oversee complex network integrations within OCI, AWS, GCP, and Azure to provide seamless multi-cloud connectivity.
  • Drive Connectivity: Take ownership of external network link management, leveraging Megaport to maintain reliable private cloud and internet connections.
  • Resolve & Restore: Utilize your expertise to proactively troubleshoot network issues, participating in our 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure continuous uptime.
What we're looking for
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and scale highly available network infrastructure in enterprise environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a network engineer, supported by a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Agility & Learning: A growth mindset with the ability to master new technologies quickly and decompose complex, multifaceted problems into actionable solutions.
  • Execution Focus: Demonstrated capability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. The reasonably estimated total cash compensation range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $131,250.

Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to: job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. Crunchtime has a location-based compensation system, so someone doing the same job in a different city might have a different pay range.
