Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (.NET, Angular & Entity Framework) - Healthcare Domain

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET, Angular, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Healthcare applications to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale healthcare applications, APIs, and integrations. This role requires hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including front-end development, backend services, database design, cloud deployment, and healthcare interoperability standards. The candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills, be capable of mentoring development teams, and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare applications using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using Angular and modern UI/UX best practices.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Develop reusable components, services, and common frameworks to improve productivity.
Database & Data Management
• Design and optimize relational database solutions using SQL Server.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Develop efficient data access layers using Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across healthcare applications.
Healthcare System Integration
• Develop and support integrations with healthcare systems and third-party vendors.
• Work with healthcare transactions and standards including:
o EDI X12 (837, 835, 834, 270/271)
o HL7 and FHIR (preferred)
Architecture & Technical Leadership
• Participate in solution design and architectural discussions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Recommend improvements in architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
Cloud & DevOps
• Develop and deploy applications in Azure or AWS environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and release automation.
• Support application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
Security & Compliance
• Ensure applications comply with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Implement secure coding standards and application security best practices.
• Participate in vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.
Agile Delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Architects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
• Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o C#
o ASP.NET MVC
o ASP.NET Core
o .NET 6/7/8
o Web API Development
• Extensive experience with:
o Angular (Angular 12+ preferred)
o TypeScript
o HTML5
o CSS3
o Bootstrap
• Strong expertise in:

• Advanced SQL development skills:
o SQL Server
o Stored Procedures
o Query Optimization
o Database Performance Tuning
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, Payer, Provider, or Clinical domains.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards including:
o EDI 834
o EDI 837
o EDI 835
o EDI 270/271
