Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise applications using .NET technologies, VB.NET, and related Microsoft development tools.
Lead software development initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
Develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and secure code following established coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex application, integration, and database issues.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing across the development team.
