Description
ALEX - Alternative Experts is seeking a Senior Analyst (Operations/Doctrine) to provide expert-level analytical support for the development, evaluation, and refinement of operational concepts and guidance. This role leads complex analysis, facilitates collaboration across stakeholders, and produces high-quality written and briefing materials that support strategic decision-making and mission readiness.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience conducting complex operational analysis and developing structured analytical products and documentation
- Ability to lead and coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders and working groups
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality briefings, reports, and decision-support materials for senior-level audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, precision, and executive-level presentation
- Experience synthesizing large volumes of information into actionable insights and recommendations
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Experience supporting operational planning, strategic analysis, or concept/framework development
- Background in military staff environments or large, complex organizations
- Familiarity with collaborative working environments and structured planning or assessment processes
Education and Certifications:- Master's degree in a relevant field; OR
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; OR
- Minimum of 10 years of equivalent operational or analytical experience in lieu of a degree
