Position Summary...The Senior Director, Specialty Compliance & Ethics - Product Regulatory Compliance leads the company's retail product safety and regulatory compliance testing and standards program, ensuring robust implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, testing protocols, and controls that support compliance across all non-food categories. The position drives subject matter expertise, harmonizes product compliance processes and testing standards, and ensures the organization is prepared for evolving regulatory requirements and market expansion. This position is ideal for an associate who is strategic, and has deep product regulatory expertise, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
What you'll do...- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of product safety and regulatory compliance frameworks, testing protocols, policies, and procedures for all non-food categories .
- Lead the teams specializing in product safety and regulatory compliance across all regulatory requirements, including chemicals, energy, communications, health and wellness, etc.
- Support cross-market harmonization and scalability of product testing standards.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including quality, product development, merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, government affairs, and legal teams to support compliant products.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates responsible for product safety and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and proactive collaboration across the compliance organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
