Someone who has operated in startup environments knows how to move fast and can turn product momentum into cultural relevance and real growth. Someone who loves to bring unique ideas to life for consumers. This is not a maintenance role. This is about creating something new.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the integrated marketing strategy across product, creative social, creators, lifecycle, earned media and paid


  • Define where and how content shows up: social, owned channels, campaigns


  • Translate product innovation, especially AI-driven capabilities, into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption


  • Partner deeply with product and creative to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end story from feature to campaign


  • Establish a modern marketing operating model built for speed, testing, and continuous iteration


  • Ensure the team can deliver consistently, at speed and most importantly aligned to business priorities.


  • Prioritize what gets content-and what doesn't


  • Scale creator and community-led storytelling as a core growth engine


  • Drive innovation in how we go to market, leveraging AI-native tools and workflows wherever they create advantage


  • Own key growth metrics including awareness, engagement, conversion, and product usage


  • Track performance and identify what's working adjust strategy accordingly


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience across product marketing, brand, and growth in modern, fast-moving environments


  • Experience in a startup or zero-to-one environment; you've built, not just optimized


  • Strong creative instincts paired with performance discipline


  • Deep understanding of social, creator ecosystems, and content-driven growth


  • A point of view on how AI is transforming marketing, and hands-on experience using it


  • High level of ownership, low ego, and a bias toward action

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $158,800 and $318,230. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
