This position reports to:ELSE Regional Manager Americas
Your role and responsibilities:As the Senior Director, Service Manager you will lead the Electrification Service team in the West US region, which comprises 18 states across five time zones. Additionally, you will manage a nationwide Digital Automation and Controls (DAC) Center of Excellence, with a team that is based in Sacramento, California. You will be responsible for P&L results with full accountability of running the day-to-day operations, integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Division in the United States.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Lead end-to-end service execution and operational performance across the West Region, including responsibility for the national Digital Automation & Controls Center of Excellence (DAC COE).
- Own full regional P&L performance, driving financial results, productivity, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Direct multi-functional teams across manufacturing, assembly, project management, and field service to deliver high-quality service execution and consistent customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute regional and national services growth strategies in partnership with sales leadership and engineering teams, while building strong customer relationships and expanding service opportunities.
Qualifications for the role:- Bachelor's degree in business operations, electrical engineering, or similar is required
- 10+ years of experience in senior-level operations role in electrical engineering, safety, or electrical distribution environment
- 5+ years of experience managing or supervising operations team(s)
- Strong background in managing P&L for multiple lines of business
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $163,500 and $261,600 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
