HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

70%: Amazon Business Leadership & Growth

  • Define and execute the long-term Amazon strategy across all assigned brands and categories, holding full P&L accountability for sales, profit, and market share performance.
  • Set the vision for annual planning, product assortment, promotional strategy, and sustainable growth, translating business objectives into clear priorities for the team.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for Amazon Vendor Managers and key internal stakeholders, building relationships that open doors and create competitive advantage.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Growth Media, Creative, Operations, and Supply Chain — ensuring teams are resourced, focused, and moving in the same direction.
  • Direct Amazon retail media and digital marketing strategy (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), setting performance expectations and guiding the team toward traffic, conversion, and ROI targets.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by synthesizing performance trends, competitive intelligence, and market insights to inform strategic decisions on pricing, content, promotions, and assortment.
  • Influence senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to build consensus and accelerate growth.

30%: Operations, Forecasting & Analytics

  • Oversee the development of accurate, forward-looking sales forecasts (weekly through annual) in close partnership with Demand Planning and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Hold accountability for inventory health, setting standards for replenishment and in-stock performance that protect revenue and customer experience.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and reporting cadences that give leadership clear visibility into business performance and emerging risks or opportunities.
  • Champion best-in-class use of Vendor Central and analytics platforms, setting expectations for how data informs decisions across the team.
  • Drive post-promotion analysis and translate learnings into actionable improvements for future planning cycles.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that scale the business, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and raise the bar on account management.
  • Sponsor and guide high-priority special projects, providing strategic direction and removing obstacles for the team.
