Full Job Description
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within the greater Atlanta or Austin area. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, strategic builder to transform our GTM operations into a global powerhouse. You will sit above Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and potentially SDR management, serving both Sales and Customer Success. You are not here to react to requests; you are here to anticipate business needs, centralize our dispersed knowledge, and strip away the administrative burden that slows down our frontline. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Top Three Immediate Outcomes: 90-Day Engine Transformation: Within your first 30 days, you will complete a fact-based assessment of our GTM engine, beginning the introduction of structural changes by day 60, and having the operation "ready to rock" by day 90. Administrative Freedom: You will deploy AI agents and automated workflows to strip away administrative burdens, empowering our frontline teams to shift their focus from manual data entry to higher quota attainment and guest relationships. Board-Level Predictability: You will establish a centralized "Source of Truth" in Salesforce, moving the executive team beyond "gut-feel" to predictive modeling and board-ready strategic narratives that guide our 2026 roadmap. What You'll Do Build a Revenue Powerhouse: Lead and integrate the Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and SDR functions into a single, proactive unit that supports both Sales and Customer Success. Architect the Source of Truth: Enforce rigorous data standards within Salesforce to ensure it remains the primary, accurate engine for all GTM reporting and decision-making. Drive Strategic Automation: Proactively investigate and implement AI tools-specifically leveraging Gemini-to introduce automation that improves organizational speed and leverage. Translate Data to Strategy: Own the end-to-end analytical process for board decks and executive presentations, ensuring all GTM data is structured, planned, and actionable. Solve Organizational Friction: Identify dispersed knowledge or duplicated functions across the organization and design programmatic solutions to bring them together.
