Through influence, collaboration, and product expertise, you'll also champion best practices and support continuous improvement across the Product Owner community.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

  • Platform optimization and performance - Drive adoption, optimization, and maturity of marketing technology capabilities, while defining and monitoring key performance indicators to measure platform effectiveness and business impact.
  • Risk, governance, and compliance - Anticipate and address risks, issues, and dependencies, while embedding data governance, consent management, privacy requirements, and delivery framework standards into platform design and execution.
  • Thought leadership and continuous improvement - Share product expertise, mentor other Product Owners, and champion delivery best practices that improve how teams plan, prioritize, and deliver value.
