We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to join our Core Data Security team. This role is hybrid based in San Jose, CA, and reports to the Head of Data Security. We built the Zscaler architecture from the ground up as a platform that could extend to new features and services. This role sits at the confluence of Data Security, providing a massive opportunity to deliver a growing portfolio of never-before-seen capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, scalability, and business enablement. What you'll do (Role Expectations)

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Core Data Security products, driving innovation and growth to achieve $1 Billion in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to innovate and bring products to market successfully
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and a culture of high-accountability innovation
• Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into product development to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Provide strategic guidance to maintain technical and market leadership in Data Security by navigating the synergies between AI and Data Security use cases, building a roadmap that enables customers to securely deploy AI without risking data loss or exposure.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 12+ years of product management experience with at least 7+ years in product leadership roles
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• Proven success driving business growth within Data Security, DLP, or DSPM products
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Demonstrated track record of developing innovative product strategies and executing on ambitious business goals

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Engineering or software development background
• Experience in developing roadmaps for complex enterprise security solutions

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$231,000-$330,000 USD
