How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead and oversee Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives, driving continuous improvement efforts and fostering a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
- Serve as an OE champion, mentor, and subject matter expert by establishing best practices, coaching teams, and integrating continuous improvement methodologies into daily operations.
- Develop and implement sustainable systems, metrics, and reporting processes to measure compliance, track outcomes, and demonstrate the value and impact of OE programs.
- Build organizational capability through benchmarking, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading the hiring, development, performance management, and evaluation of OE staff.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Must be Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- CCRC experience is required
