POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Senior HR Director serves as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to senior executives across multiple manufacturing sites. In a rapidly growing organization, this role drives people strategies that support business objectives, leading initiatives in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
The position provides leadership to a team of HR professionals while ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs and solutions across multiple locations. This leader will play a key role in scaling the organization, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering a high-performing culture during a period of significant growth and transformation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
• Lead the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives across multiple sites and functions to enable organizational success.
• Oversee a team of HR leaders to ensure effective execution of people strategies that drive performance and growth.
• Partner with senior business executives to implement workforce planning, succession management, and culture-building initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and global HR teams to adapt and scale enterprise programs to meet local needs and regional goals.
• Manage complex organizational changes, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and transformation efforts to support business continuity and employee engagement.
• Ensure regional HR practices align with legal requirements and industry best practices to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Analyze workforce data and integrate external market insights to continuously improve HR strategy and delivery.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Required Experience
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR or related field. Professional Human Resources certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is desirable.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ in HR leadership roles supporting large regions or enterprise units.

• Leadership development expertise: Deep experience in designing and implementing leadership
• development programs that build strong, future-ready leaders.
• Executive coaching: Skilled in coaching senior leaders to enhance performance, influence, and strategic impact.
• Organizational transformation: Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and drive cultural and structural transformation.
• Global HR operations: Experienced in managing HR practices across regions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment in global environments.
