Position Summary...The Senior Manager, People leads the execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support business objectives by driving organizational change, enhancing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. This role oversees talent development, compliance, and data-driven decision-making while promoting ethical standards and operational excellence. By partnering with business leaders, the position ensures effective resource allocation, continuous improvement, and adherence to policies. The Senior Manager also champions associate engagement and development, enabling a high-performing workforce aligned with company values and long-term success.
What you'll do...- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations while promoting ethical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Define and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze HR and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships and supporting associate engagement and development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
