Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr Director New Customer Acquisition is responsible for leading and scaling Newrez's first-time customer growth engine across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels. This role will lead the strategy, execution and optimization of multichannel acquisition programs with a focus on driving high-quality demand, efficient conversion, and sustainable ROI.

The Sr Director partners closely with Martech, Analytics, Product, Sales, and Technology teams to continuously improve segmentation, targeting, and funnel performance through data-driven experimentation and performance optimization.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition Strategy & Execution
  • Develop, execute and optimize the enterprise new customer acquisition strategy across digital media, paid search, paid social, affiliates, partnerships, email/SMS nurture, and emerging channels.
  • Lead funnel design, testing, and conversion rate optimization across all acquisition touchpoints.
  • Identify new customer segments, market opportunities, and channel expansion opportunities.
  • Own test and learn roadmaps, creative optimization cycles, and audience development plans.
  • Support and manage partner programs to expand reach and accelerate customer growth.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and develop a high-performing acquisition team including channel managers, strategists, and growth specialists.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Technology, Data, and Analytics teams to align acquisition initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Set clear performance objectives, manage budgets, and support professional development.
  • Present acquisition performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams or complex cross functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success scaling multichannel acquisition programs in a data driven environment.
  • Experience managing agencies, partners, and sizable acquisition budgets.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Working on-site at assigned office location.
  • Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.
  • Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.
  • Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.
  • Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
  • Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
  • Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
