Full Job Description
Senior Director, Marketing

Position Overview:We're seeking a world-class leader to lead marketing, brand, and communications for one of the most influential YouTube-native media brands in the world. This role is responsible for scaling the business beyond content - launching and growing consumer products, brands, and audience-driven experiences powered by massive global reach. The candidate will blend consumer product marketing, creator economics, and modern marketing technology, translating audience engagement into durable, diversified growth streams. The ideal candidate will be equal parts builder and operator, comfortable in the weeds of a go-to-market campaign one hour and presenting a brand strategy to leadership the next.

Initial Responsibilities:

Product Launches & Performance Marketing
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new consumer products, brands, and audience-driven experiences (physical, digital, and experiential)
  • Support product launches end-to-end, including positioning, pricing, demand forecasting, and launch execution
  • Support launch and scaling of new YouTube channels, content verticals, and IP-driven franchises, including positioning, audience strategy, and performance optimization
  • Translate audience insights into product-market fit, identifying unmet needs and high-conviction opportunities
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels and across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Define growth KPIs and design tracking systems across the full lifecycle (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, repeat purchase)
  • Design experimentation frameworks for launches, offers, pricing, and messaging
  • Partner with product, ops, and creative teams to align roadmap, storytelling, and distribution
  • Apply an AI-forward lens to marketing operations, leveraging automation and intelligent tooling to maximize efficiency

Brand Management
  • Lead brand strategy for new formats, franchises, products, and spin-off channels
  • Define, evolve, and protect the channel's brand positioning, voice, and narrative
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across YouTube, social platforms, websites, products, and IRL activations
  • Anticipate cultural trends, platform shifts, and audience expectations to keep the brand ahead of the curve
  • Guide creative direction in collaboration with content leadership to strengthen brand affinity and loyalty

Communications
  • Own public-facing communications and public relations strategy, including press, announcements, and reputation management
  • Lead creator, platform, and industry relationships to elevate visibility and influence
  • Oversee messaging for major launches, partnerships, and moments of cultural relevance
  • Partner with brand and legal teams on crisis communications and risk mitigation
  • Support shaping executive and creator thought leadership across media, speaking engagements, and digital platforms

Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within world-class, cross-functional marketing organizations and agencies
  • 3+ years within high-growth, private companies strongly preferred
  • MBA a plus
  • Proven success launching and scaling consumer products or brands, preferably within creator-led, media, or DTC businesses
  • Deep understanding of audience-led growth and modern product marketing
  • Strong experience owning and scaling martech stacks and data-driven marketing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex launches
  • International go-to-market experience
  • Existing relationships with agencies, platforms, or strategic partners
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives managing several projects, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A proactive, low-ego team player who can seamlessly toggle between strategic thinking and operational detail
  • Results-oriented, gritty, resourceful, and organized team player with strong ethical standards
  • Passion for digital media, sports, and entertainment; familiarity with Dude Perfect content is a plus
  • Location: This position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex)
