Job title: Senior Director, Heplisav B - Vaccine

Location: Morristown, NJ

Main Responsibilities:
  • Architect and own the comprehensive Heplisav B brand strategy and long-term vision that establishes market leadership, drives portfolio transformation, and delivers enterprise-level growth
  • Define the strategic roadmap and go-to-market framework for Heplisav B, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, portfolio priorities, and corporate growth initiatives
  • Drive seamless integration of Heplisav B, architecting enterprise-level synergies and strategic alignment across business platforms and franchises
  • Champion cross-franchise coordination and strategic alignment, including synergies and strategy/execution trade-offs
  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic alignment on Heplisav B strategy, priorities, and business performance
  • Lead precise growth initiatives for continuous optimization of brand-level performance
  • Own full P&L accountability for Heplisav B at enterprise scale, translating complex market dynamics into strategic business insights that shape corporate priorities and investment decisions
  • Define and lead performance management frameworks against comprehensive KPIs; drive accountability for delivering transformational business results

The salary range for this position is:
$206,250.00 - $343,750.00
