About This Role:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director, Digital and Technology provides enterprise leadership for FCM's technology strategy, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and technology operations. The role ensures that technology investments, systems, infrastructure, and enterprise services are secure, integrated, reliable, and aligned with organizational priorities, enabling effective service delivery, informed decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. As a trusted advisor and strategic business partner, the Senior Director works closely with leaders across FCM and its programs to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate organizational priorities into practical technology solutions and sustainable operating models that support evolving business needs over the long-term. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, the role uses data, performance insights, and stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement, advance key initiatives, and deliver measurable organizational outcomes.

What you'll be doing:
  • Strategic Business Partnership & Advisory: Acts as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to leaders across FCM and its programs, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and deliver measurable value.
  • Enterprise Technology Strategy & Planning: Defines and leads the enterprise technology strategy, roadmap, operating model, and investment priorities to ensure technology capabilities remain scalable, financially sustainable, and aligned with evolving organizational needs.
  • Enterprise Platforms, Architecture & Operations: Leads the delivery, modernization, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems, digital platforms, infrastructure, and technology services, actively advancing priority initiatives and addressing organizational challenges while ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and sustainable over the long term.
  • Technology Performance, Reporting & Insights: Establishes performance measurement, reporting, and analytics capabilities that provide insights into system performance, service effectiveness, and user adoption, informing business decisions, technology investments, and continuous improvement.
  • Cybersecurity, Privacy & Resilience: Ensures cybersecurity, privacy, business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology risk management practices are embedded across enterprise systems and services to safeguard organizational operations and information assets.
  • Enterprise Transformation & Technology Enablement: Provides technology leadership and operational support for enterprise transformation initiatives, partnering with business and enablement leaders to ensure technology solutions are aligned, sustainable, and ready for adoption.
  • Financial & Vendor Stewardship: Oversees technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery models to maximize value, manage risk, and ensure technology services remain effective, scalable, and financially sustainable.


Knowledge and Experience
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Professional technology certifications (e.g., ISP, ITCP, ISACA, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, or related disciplines) are considered an asset.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and technology-enabled business improvement, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with accountability for enterprise strategy, operations, service delivery, and people leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise technology functions and multidisciplinary teams, balancing operational excellence, modernization, and long-term technology sustainability.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-year transformation initiatives, including enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, digital workplace technologies, cloud services, or data and analytics environments). Experience with Microsoft technologies and Workday is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive leaders and stakeholders, acting as a strategic business partner who translates organizational priorities into practical technology solutions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technology strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms and systems, technology, technology governance and delivery models, vendor management, service delivery, and technology operations.
  • Experience leveraging reporting, analytics, performance insights, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, drive action, inform investment decisions, and improve organizational performance and service delivery.
  • Experience designing and evolving technology operating models, governance structures, and service delivery approaches that balance organizational needs, scalability, risk, and long-term sustainability.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing operating and capital budgets, technology investments, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
