Senior Director, Deal Onboarding/Enablement Head to join our Corporate Trust team.This role is located in New York and will lead an organization of approximately 50 professionals.

This leader will operate at the intersection of client delivery, operations, product, technology, risk, and business strategy. They will be expected to drive the operating model modernization, strengthen the execution excellence, and identify the opportunities to apply automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve service quality, scalability, efficiency, and client outcomes.

This is an opportunity to lead a strategically important servicing organization within one of BNY's core businesses, helping shape its future operating model while building high-performing teams and delivering measurable impact at scale.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead a critical Deal Servicing organization within Corporate Trust, setting direction for execution, modernization, service delivery, and organizational performance.
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the function, aligning servicing priorities with business goals, client expectations, risk requirements, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across a large-scale organization, ensuring strong organizational design, leadership capability, workforce planning, and alignment to business priorities.
  • Drive delivery of scalable, resilient, and well-controlled servicing outcomes that improve client experience, operational efficiency, service quality, and risk management across complex transactions.
  • Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business leadership to align investments, priorities, and process improvements with strategic objectives and client needs.
  • Advance execution excellence through stronger process discipline, service governance, workflow optimization, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and scale opportunities to apply automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve workflow efficiency, decision-making, productivity, service quality, and overall operating leverage.
  • Lead risk, control, and operational oversight across the function, ensuring strong governance, resiliency, regulatory awareness, and execution discipline in a highly controlled environment.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and investment priorities in support of strategic plans and sustainable business performance.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent while fostering an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organization in senior leadership forums, translating servicing priorities, transformation opportunities, and operational outcomes into clear business value.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, serving as a senior leader who can navigate complexity, solve problems, and drive alignment across a matrixed organization.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in financial services, with strong exposure to Corporate Trust, capital markets, fixed income, structured finance, securities servicing, or related financial markets environments.
  • Extensive experience in a senior leadership role leading large-scale servicing, operations, or business functions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large, matrixed organizations, including demonstrated success in people leadership, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Strong track record of delivering transformation and modernization initiatives at scale, including process redesign, workflow simplification, service model enhancement, and operational improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience applying automation, data, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity, service delivery, operational efficiency, or client outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of operational risk, controls, governance, and regulatory expectations in highly regulated financial services environments.
  • Strong business and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence across operations, technology, product, risk, compliance, and senior business partners.
  • Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and strategic investment prioritization.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted business partnerships and client relationships.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving capability, and execution discipline in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Corporate Trust, deal administration, trustee services, structured products, debt markets, or related servicing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and servicing requirements across complex financial structures.
  • Experience leading organizations through operating model transformation in support of growth, resiliency, and scalability.
  • Passion for building an AI-first, data-informed, and continuously improving organization.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
